Scaling the Transition: Clean Fuels and the Future of Corporate Decarbonization

As Scope 1 emissions climb higher on the corporate agenda, Science Based Targets initiative's (SBTi) V2.0 update is adding real pressure to act, while also opening a pathway for market-based instruments. Many companies are already responding by turning to clean fuels, but existing Greenhouse Gas Protocol's (GHG Protocol) guidance doesn't fully address how the procurement and use of contractual instruments for clean fuels should be reflected in corporate GHG inventories. This event is for companies exploring emerging technologies and accounting frameworks, and how clean fuels can help them reach their net zero targets.
