Adaptive equity: meeting the moment together - Vancouver

An in-person Community of Practice session in Vancouver from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) for practitioners working in diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA). It starts from the idea that DEIA work has always evolved alongside changing communities and workplaces, and that adaptability is one of the field's enduring strengths.

Grounded in adaptive leadership, systems thinking and DEIA practice, the three-hour session explores the difference between technical problems and adaptive challenges and the pressures shaping today's workplaces. Participants apply an Adaptive Equity Cycle to real organizational challenges and develop a practical plan for sustaining momentum and accountability. The session is in English and qualifies for professional development credit for Canadian Certified Inclusion Professionals (CCIP.D).
