Canada is in the middle of an affordability crisis, a housing crisis, and a climate crisis, and in many ways, our buildings sit at the center of all three. Building retrofits offer an opportunity to respond to these challenges together. Beyond reducing emissions, whole-building retrofits can improve resilience, lower energy costs, create healthier spaces, and strengthen local communities and economies.
