From Reform to Results: Employer Perspectives on Removing Systemic Barriers

An in-person peer-learning session in Toronto for employers, executives and organizational leaders responsible for workplace policies and reforms. It looks at institutional changes designed to remove systemic barriers, in areas such as recruitment, advancement, workplace policies and leadership accountability, and asks which of them are making a measurable difference.

Companies and community organizations share their experiences implementing reforms, including challenges, lessons learned and early results, followed by small-group roundtables on implementation, measuring impact and sustaining progress over time. Networking breaks run through the afternoon. ECO Canada hosts the session with funding from Women and Gender Equality Canada.
