From Capital to Implementation: The Next Investment Opportunities in the Low-Carbon Transition

About this event
1. Natural Capital and Bioeconomy — Standing forests, restoration, non-timber forest products, agroforestry systems with economic returns, nature-based carbon markets, and payments for ecosystem services. Led by David Canassa Strategy & Advisory, drawing on a decade of operational practice in natural assets, carbon inventory pioneering, and value-generation models associated with natural capital. 2. Green Materials and Industrial Processes — Low-carbon new materials, substitution of high-carbon-intensity inputs, biomanufacturing, industrial circular economy, and bio-based products with industrial applications. Led by EY, connecting the potential of Brazilian biodiversity with corporate demand for decarbonized supply chains. 3. Industrial Decarbonization — Energy efficiency, process electrification, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage (CCS), and transition in hard-to-abate industries. Led by EY, addressing the core of corporate net-zero agendas and the largest volume of capital in transition.
