Équité adaptative : relever ensemble les défis du moment - Montréal

About this event
An in-person Community of Practice session in Montreal from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), delivered in French. It is aimed at DEIA practitioners working through a period of complexity and uncertainty in communities and workplaces.
Rooted in adaptive leadership, systems thinking and DEIA practice, the three-hour session distinguishes technical problems from adaptive challenges, examines the pressures shaping the current DEIA landscape, and applies an adaptive equity cycle to real organizational challenges. Participants leave with a concrete strategic plan for sustaining momentum and accountability.
