Decolonizing Organizational Practices for Reconciliation

The Walking the Path of Reconciliation: A Business-Focused Webinar Series is a four-part online programme that helps Canadian businesses better understand their role in advancing Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples. Hosted by the UN Global Compact Network Canada in partnership with the Muskoka Group, this session will introduce the foundational principles of decolonization and explore how colonial systems persist in corporate policies, cultures, and practices. Participants will gain insight into how Canadian businesses can identify and dismantle colonial structures and begin their Reconciliation journey with purpose and integrity.
