Building New Financial Pathways for Non Profit Housing

About this event

We know that the funding landscape for nonprofit housing is changing, but what opportunities exist within this changing landscape?

Join fellow East Kootenay non profit housing providers for an energized, solutions-focused gathering built around real conversations and practical next steps.

- Imagine what a strong, resilient housing sector could look like for our communities - Explore the patterns and trends shaping housing across BC - Learn about catalytic capital, flexible and patient funding that helps organizations grow and take on projects they couldn't do alone - Start building a collective impact approach, so providers can share resources, ideas, and influence

Through connection, collaboration and shared learning, this is a space to reflect on your own situation, exchange insights and uncover opportunities and approaches to delivering affordable housing in a rapidly evolving environment.

The in-person day is the next step of looking at building new financial pathways for Indigenous and non profit housing. It will be followed by virtual sessions so we can keep learning and planning together without travelling through the Winter months.
