Adaptive equity: meeting the moment together - virtual session 4

About this event
The fourth virtual session in the Community of Practice series from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), for practitioners working in diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA). It looks at how DEIA work can adapt as workplaces and communities change, and why adaptability is becoming one of the field's core capabilities.
Grounded in adaptive leadership, systems thinking and DEIA practice, the two-and-a-half-hour session distinguishes technical problems from adaptive challenges, examines the pressures shaping today's DEIA landscape, and applies an Adaptive Equity Cycle to real organizational challenges. Participants work toward a practical strategic plan for sustaining momentum and accountability. The session is offered in English and qualifies for continuing professional development credit for Canadian Certified Inclusion Professionals (CCIP.D).
