Adaptive equity: meeting the moment together - virtual session 3

About this event
The third virtual session in the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion's (CCDI) Community of Practice series on adaptive equity. It is aimed at practitioners in diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) who are being asked to advance change in workplaces that feel increasingly uncertain and demanding.
The session draws on adaptive leadership, systems thinking and DEIA practice. Participants distinguish technical problems from adaptive challenges, look at the pressures shaping today's DEIA landscape, apply an Adaptive Equity Cycle to real organizational challenges and build a practical plan for sustaining momentum and accountability. It runs in English for two and a half hours and qualifies for continuing professional development credit for Canadian Certified Inclusion Professionals.
